How do I get started using Burtch Works to hire for my team?
You’ll start with a conversation with one of our recruiters. During this 30-minute call, we will discuss our services, ask questions to better understand your needs and your search to date, and outline next steps.
Before beginning our search, our contract specialist will coordinate logistics with you and finalize a fee agreement. We have a simple form we can provide, or we are happy to review your company’s standard service agreement.

What are your fees?
We are a highly specialized firm and offer industry-standard rates for high-quality services. We do not offer discount recruiting rates. Specific fee arrangements will be discussed during our initial conversation.
Will I have one main point of contact?
Based on your specific hiring needs, you will be paired with the appropriate recruiting team on our staff. This team will include 1-2 recruiters and support staff, in order to ensure that we are fully leveraging the knowledge and skills of our team to quickly identify top talent for your organization.
